Nice old school, very hospitable and good food! Toilet in the hallway is like home! Room with a view of a herd of cows has something very rural and quiet.

Old furniture, decorations ancient and without style. The food was ok, but nothing more. The beer garden is very nice with a great view. Service was nothing special, the hygiene concept was implemented to some extent.

The food was delicious, we sat twice in the beer garden and the view is really great ⛰ Service is ok. Unfortunately, the toilets are very old, similar to some corners inside the inn. If a little more cleanliness and modernity would move in here - then the 5 stars would be happy. But the beer garden and view are really highly recommended.

Accommodation in relation to the price okay, food in the restaurant good. Breakfast disaster, I understand it is relatively little money but a week may not be the same. Pleasant owner.

Beautiful nature. Modest but clean accommodation. Pleasant service, excellent cuisine. Regional beer. Possibility of trips and views of the Eagle's Nest. We will definitely be back here again

In all seriousness, offering Cola wheat beer under this name in 2020 is evidence of downright ignorance - you can no longer be so unworldly in the Bavarian hinterland. Is not clear at all.

The most beautiful place to enjoy the evening sun and the view of the Watzmann after a long day of hiking.

If you are looking for a place to sleep on your travels, excellent cuisine, nice service in Czech, including the comfort of the owner, then this is the place. If you have a dog with you .... no problem. 😉

Apart from the fact that the Auerwirt is getting on in years, the food, especially the salads, was very good. The service was also quick and attentive. And the view from the beer garden is terrific !!!

Older facilities, common sanitary facilities, but rich enough for sleeping and functioning. The owner was a very nice guy, in the morning after breakfast he brought us a map, advised through trips, waved on departure. :) Due to the price absolutely satisfactory. Great view.

Quiet and nice guest house with a friendly atmosphere for reasonable money. Great cuisine friendly Slovak Czech service. Mr. owner very helpful and will advise on everything about trips to the area. A bonus is the view directly on the Eagle's Nest and the surrounding mountains 😉 We can only recommend 👌

I stopped here for one night from Croatia. Because of the problems on the road I stayed a lot and Mr. Domesticly waited so willingly until the evening before I arrived. Friendly staff and rich breakfast included. Beautiful views from the guesthouse, not only the Eagle's Nest. For the one night I spent there I have nothing to reproach. Super place, Mr. home and staff. I'll be back here soon.

Personally this is place has the kindest host ever.. every morning he helps you organize your itenary depending on the weather and he comes back in the evening to ask how your day was. That personal touch to service makes me want to cone back and visit other places I haven't seen in Berchtesgaden. Highly recommended.
